Bob has been in Real Estate for over 30 years. Prior to starting his Real Estate career, he graduated from The University of South Alabama in 1979. Throughout college and after graduation Bob worked in the banking industry with extensive training in personnel management and compensation administration. In the mid 1980’s Bob joined his father, Arthur Mannich Sr., at Mannich Real Estate full-time. He continues to still honor the original mission of the company his father created by leaning heavily on it’s original motto and simple mission statement – “it’s fun to be nice to people”. Bob is a native to Fairhope and you won’t find anyone who knows the area quite like him.
Derek joined Mannich Real Estate in the Spring of 2012. He brought with him a background in Customer Relations as well as Sales. He also has a degree in Marketing from the University of South Alabama. Leigh joined the Mannich Real Estate team in the fall of 2013, but she began her real estate career 26 years ago in Mississippi. Before moving to Fairhope in 2011, she worked for RealtySouth in Birmingham for 7 years. With a degree in Education from The University of Mississippi and several years of teaching experience, she is able to guide first-time home buyers through the home-buying process from start to finish. Linda is Bob’s lovely bride and a big part of the business at Mannich Real Estate. She is known for having a keen decorating sense and is a valuable asset to her clients when listing their home.
